When and how will I receive my results?

Our answer:

Results will be available within 10 working days of all case samples being received at our laboratory. The day we receive your completed case is Day 0.

We will keep you updated every step of the way. Secure results via a downloadable .pdf Test Report will be sent to the test participants by e-mail.

A hard copy of the Test Report can be posted for an extra £10 per posted report. Any further copies of the report such as by e-mail may be chargeable.

Once the results of the test have been issued to the test participants, we can then discuss the results with any of the test participants over the age of 16. Please expect that we may ask for evidence of identification before any discussions about the test.
