How do we return completed samples to the laboratory?

You will be responsible for contacting the laboratory to arrange the courier collection or DHL drop point of the samples back to the laboratory. After blood draw, the samples must be shipped no later than the next day.

Samples which arrive at the laboratory more than five days after the sample collection date will be rejected and fees for a new sampling kit and any additional appointments will be applicable.
