Do you send sampling kits outside of the UK?

We will only ship sampling kits within the UK. 

If a test participant lives outside of the UK, please select to have the kit sent to the UK address of the ordering party.

It will then be up to the customer to send the sampling kit on to the destination required.

Please note, if samples are to be returned to us from outside of the UK, please ensure all postage and customs charges are paid for by the test participant. We cannot be held responsible for any additional fees and so would not accept the package if fees were required to be paid.

We recommend returning samples to us from outside of the UK by courier rather than standard mail.  This will ensure the samples arrive swiftly to avoid any decomposition of the sample.
